Accessibility statement

How accessible this website is, what we know isn't right yet, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated Monday 19 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use vellier.co.uk, whatever device you use and however you use it. This statement covers this website. The Vellier app has its own accessibility statement.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we design with the Equality Act 2010 duty to make reasonable adjustments in mind.

What you should be able to do

  • use every page with a keyboard alone, with a clear outline showing where you are
  • skip straight to the main content with the "Skip to content" link
  • zoom to 400% without losing content or scrolling sideways
  • use a screen reader: pages have headings, landmarks and labelled form fields, and form errors are announced beside the field
  • read text with strong contrast against the background
  • send the sign-up forms without JavaScript
  • turn off animation with your device's "reduce motion" setting

What we know isn't perfect yet

  • The try-it demos open the full Vellier app, which has some known gaps listed in its own statement, for example the drawing tools need a mouse or touch screen.
  • Some pages link to other companies' websites (for example price sources), which we don't control.
  • Link previews when you share a page don't have a picture yet.

How we tested

This statement was prepared on 19/10/2026 from our own checks while building the site: keyboard-only use, zoom and reflow, colour contrast, and automated checks of headings, labels and landmarks. We haven't had an independent audit yet.

We'll review this statement at least once a year, and after any big change to the website.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this website doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, email [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days.

If you're not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
